Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window, beginning from the date of confirmed delivery.
Return Fee
All returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions at the time the return is received and inspected:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A return request must be approved before any item is sent back
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Refused or Return-to-Sender Shipments
Shipments that are refused, abandoned, or marked “return to sender” by the recipient are not considered authorized returns.
Orders returned to us due to refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or carrier delivery refusal are not eligible for refunds. If such a shipment is returned to us, it may be subject to additional return shipping or customs fees.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To assess these claims, we may request:
- Clear photos of the item as received
- Photos showing original tags and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Claims must be submitted after delivery and before any item is worn, used, altered, or refused, including removal of tags. Eligibility for replacement or refund will be determined once documentation is reviewed.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to item availability. Approved exchanges may require placing a new order once the original item has been returned and accepted.
Important Notes
- Return eligibility is based on the condition of the item when received
- Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage, missing tags, or refusal of delivery may not be eligible for refund
- Shipping timelines are estimates and do not affect return eligibility
- Chargebacks do not replace our customer support or return process
