Cancellations

All orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 15% cancellation fee

Processing & Fulfillment Times
All items are produced and fulfilled on a made-to-order basis. Processing times may vary based on order volume, manufacturing schedules, and seasonal demand.

- Typical processing time: up to 3 weeks
- Once processed, shipping times typically range 5–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier

All delivery timelines provided on our website, at checkout, or in confirmation emails are estimates only.  
Actual delivery times may be shorter or longer due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or regional service disruptions.

Placing an order confirms acknowledgment that delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delays alone do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.


Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may not update in real time while a shipment is in transit.


Delayed or Lost Shipments
Threads Clothing is not responsible for delays, delivery errors, or service interruptions caused by shipping carriers. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a delivery inquiry.


Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or cod fees charged by their country or local customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected independently by the carrier or customs office.

Failure to pay required customs fees may result in a shipment being delayed, returned, or abandoned. Orders affected by unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refunds.
